I hate school.

Like, it's not this school or any school in particular. I just hate sitting around all day when I could be running or swimming or biking or something.

I think most people hate school.

I just thought I would post this:

There’s a new person volunteering here. Connor’s Irish, twenty-one and a university student, according to Katie, the manager of the shelter. He’s kind of cute, and was attempting to flirt with me in a geeky way, but it didn’t work. I don’t think anything would ever happen between me and him.

Tally -- I'm wanting to start re-reading MAAH again soon, but could you tell me extactly what you're looking for?

And in response to the above... YES. XD

I'm looking for ways and places to expand MAAH and deepen it and the characters. I don't need you to tell me exactly what to do, but if you said something like "If you showed us more of Corwin doing/thinking/acting something earlier in the novel" if you know what I'm getting at.

You want me to say something about that excerpt? I have nothing to say. It was like 3 sentences. Um... I guess it's very tell-y rather than show-y? I dunno.

OK.

I shall read some of it later. I may try and put it on my Kindle.

For some reason I feel like stocking up on Uniball rollerball pens and Moleskine (or similar) notebooks...

Tally, I'm just wondering, have you read the first two chapters of Sticks and Stones yet?

Nooooo. It's on my to-do list for this week/weekend. Sorry I haven't, my grandparents have been in town and half the time when I'm online I'm still talking to them, so reading is kind of out.

Oh, okay. That's fine. Heads up: I'm wanting to know what you think of the voice, mainly.

The first page of my copy of HP:OTP has come out. I shall need to fix it.

Okay, I've decided that tomorrow after school, after putting it off for quite a long time, I'm going to start watching Doctor Who.

But, the question is, do I start at the very, very beginning, or do it matter? Which one should I start at? XD

YAY! :D

You have three choices.

1. Season one -- the very, very first season back in the 60's.
2. Series one -- the Ninth Doctor back in 2004
3. Series five -- the Eleventh Doctor

I recommend 2 or 3. I started with series five, watched all the available episodes, and then went back to series one. It really doesn't matter. I don't recommend going all the way back to the very beginning. There were 26 seasons and a lot of the episodes were missing. Watch the modern series and then if you want to go back and see where it all started...

I suggest starting with Season 5, and once you're done S6 go back to S1 from 2005.

And watching the old series when you can, but don't depend on it 'cause that's 30 years of TV to catch up on.

I don't plan on going back to old series. I think I'll start on series 5 :)
