Nicely done, Anne. I have a real soft spot for NYC-soaked fiction.

    Go head,y'all!

    Bravo!

I don't quite know if this qualifies as braggage but I sent out four queries.

    For a vampire horror novel.

    Exhales.

I felt funny about bragging about this, but one of the regulars told me it was fine.

I placed a story at The Camel Saloon in The Bactrian Room. It's not a fancy market and not a paying market, but I like the place. Here it is on Duotrope. The editor is really nice, and you get preferential treatment if you also send him a nice landscape photo from anywhere. The photos are found in the Postcard section. (I sent him 2 photos.)

My story there is written under a pseudonym because it's based on a true story, and I wanted to keep it under the radar. I'm happy.

    Congrats Kitty and Sea Witch!

My story "An Exceptional Clothier" is now available in the British print zine Enchanted Times. The cover is cute---stories are handled as hard news, so I'm listed on the right margin as contributing an editorial:

Got my first acceptance this year! Eschatology is going to run The Storm on the 11th of April. This was a hard one to sell since it's written in 2nd-person.
