ps - somehow, I missed the facts that Muse was offering brownies! I'll take some of THOSE!

pps - Someone on my facebook made these for Halloween and brought them into her office. These are brownies and nuts and everything is 100% edible. She even brought an unused litterbox.

I think I feel so good because I made good progress in both schoolwork and NaNo today. Got my interview done (FINALLY - I had to get an extension for that project) and also got some more on the exam done. And I am almost at 4k words for my NaNo novel, so that feels super good.

Eww hahaha. That's pretty awesome in a creative sense, but I'm not sure I would be able to eat poo-brownies because that's what my cat's litterbox looks like (down to the litterbox and scoop )... but with healthier looking poo.

A lot's wrong with me. But but... oh, it takes a certain sense of humor to be able to make edible poo-brownies. I would have enjoyed making it, I think, but I probably would've eaten the parts before I could have put it all together into a lovely wanna-be litterbox.

Even though I've had 16oz of diet Pepsi recently (I needed it to get through Policy... very dense class... 3 hours... no breaks... yeah)... I'm about ready to head for bed. Hopefully I'll be able to sleep.

Also, this whole insulin resistant thing is starting to make a lot of sense. (Long story short I just found out yesterday that I am insulin resistant, which means I am at risk for developing type 2 diabetes - which runs in my family. That's why yesterday was so bad.) This is why I get so comatose after eating any large meal. And why anything with a lot of glucose makes me so sleepy.

If there's any reason to miss NaNo, you picked the best. Congrats on sending off your manuscript. That's a great accomplishment.

I signed up for NaNo, but I know I won't reach 50k. November and December are the busiest months for me. I'm a working musician and with the holidays, I'm as busy as heck. The masses must be entertained!

But I will try and maybe I'll commit myself to a half NaNo? 25k novella? We'll see. Unfortunately, it kinda comes second to making a living...

I haven't done NaNo...I have a couple of projects I'm working on at the moment.

I have a few projects going on right now. I play solo classical guitar at wineries, casinos, and hotels. I've also teamed up with Native American Music Award Nominee Kevin Village Stone and we play as a duet locally. He plays Native American Flute and I play guitar with him. We write our own music, and it's ambient, new age, meditative stuff. I'm also in a rock band called Ailura Fate and that's when I pull out the electric guitar and really go to town. We write our own rock songs and do dance covers, like Santana, Michael Jackson, Elvis, ect.

Like I said, during the holidays I'm very busy.

Hey Nighty, sounds like you had a rough day. Good thing I brought a keg.

A keg sounds great. I don't know why, but everyone in town decided to come to our store tonight. And last night was just plain ridiculous with the last minute shoppers for Halloween. I may not make it through Christmas. ugh.
