I was recently "schooled" by my editor on the proper way to use basic Word tools. I've been writing for two decades and suddenly felt like a complete idiot.

Sorry, I missed this on the page jump. Yeah, rewriting. I was in the same boat as you for a while; the editing was giving me a load of stress. Now that I'm rewriting, the words are beginning to flow again.

ha! I still don't know how to use half the tools in there, at least not to my advantage. I'm sure things are a lot easier than I make them. :/

Good to hear! Editing gives me such a headache most the time, it's all that headbanging I do. Another Baileys would be great. Thank you.

I haven't sent it in, yet. Still making a few adjustments to it. The deadline is the 31st, but with the problems I was having, I didn't think I was going to get back here at all.

He is such a "Star" person. Trek, wars, search, whatever. What a geek.

Does that make me...geeky super cool? Yup, it does.

I used to love watching Star Trek as a kid. I enjoyed the way they did the remake. Great backstory on the characters.

I have watched a couple of films Shatner has produced (and been the hero in) and they are fantastically bad.

Also, he plays paintball like a boss.

I really haven't watched a lot of his shows, just glanced at 'em from time to time. I don't even know why I'm following him. lol! For ol' times sake, I suppose.

But in his defense, he's a Starship Captain, not a spelling bee champ. Give a guy that protects us from Romulans a break.
