sorry, not much help

I haven't, but I googled to see if their website raised any red flags.
They don't seem to have a website.

Googling did bring up two books by one lady (Sara Degraff) and one by another person, Manu Wope. All seem to be poetry or poetic meditations. They can be ordered through online sources, so I'd be fairly sure that they're POD, and very very tiny. Very.
If I had to guess, I'd venture a guess that it's Ms. Degraff's press for self-publishing, and that she's shared it with a friend for the 3d title.
Where did you hear about them?

  • Bring to the limelight talented writers often ignored by agents and publishers.
  • Publish quality books both in The United States and abroad.
  • Counsel and support our authors' marketing efforts.

All Timeless Avatar Press books come in varied sizes; they are perfect bound with custom book covers and professional formatting. They are assigned an ISBN and made available through online and traditional bookstores. To meet the needs of our clients, some of our titles could also be offered in hardcover and in electronic form.

I've highlighted the red flags. This is a POD operation, so unless you're prepared to sell your book on your own, I'd keep looking.
