Looks VERY cool, I wish I could watch it over here (the only BBC channel I get is BBC World).

Maybe in a few months Space (the Canadian sci-fi/horror/fantasy themed channel we have) will pick it up. I'll keep my fingers crossed!

I think the first episode is repeated tonight. I enjoyed it. Nice to hear stories about the older films.

Mark Gatiss certainly loves the genre. Not sure whether he's just a little too reserved as a presenter. Time will tell.

I wondered the same but by the end of it, his approach worked for me. Not too in your face, not too jokey. He let the films, stories and people involved speak for themselves.

Looking forward to getting into the Hammer stuff next week.

I'm looking forward to the Hammer stuff as well. I loved Christopher Lee as Dracula!

I enjoyed the first episode. The background stuff was really interesting. Like the Lincoln Bus. I've seen that in loads of films and never knew it had a name!
