Hi @Tiggy, I grew up on the South Coast but am a long time London and M4 corridor resident now in leafy Surrey, I worked in Basingstoke for a couple of years back in the 90s, I have heard it described as many things but I must confess "a little bit of heaven" is a new one on me (c:

We call it "Amazingstoke" where I live. There may be a sense of irony involved.

Nice to see a few authors from the south coast. I'm based in Portsmouth, birthplace to one of the greatest authors to have ever lived, Charles Dickens. That's as good as it gets, well other than its naval history.

So I'm not the only one. The sooner Sturgeon goes the better.
