Well, the fact that the site is geared toward writers, not readers, isn't very promising.

I can not tell if they are POD or Off-set. they sound like Off-set but they don't list distributors (though I know some places have in-house teams).

They are definitely offset not POD. My husband had his first book published through them. They use BookMasters for distribution and the printer they use if VERY high quality. His first print run was 2,000 and with overs it came to about 2200. (He sold out this printing).

They definitely have "their hearts in the right place" and are honest and reputable. But....they have been strapped for cash on more than one occassion (like many small publishers).
