Been lurkin'

Hi,

I've been lurking around for a week or two trying to get the lay of the land, so I figured it was time to jump in.

I write in my freetime, which occurs at random intervals based on how my job is treating me. I mostly write short stories and they are for the most part SF.

I've been writing as a hobby since I was a kid but have just recently (last 6 months or so) been interested in writing to get published. So far I like what I've seen on this site, so I'm looking forward to meeting some of you.
