Just Because I thought you were going to say something about this being fake. I'm not sure it is a fake, but... looking at the colour of his face in the after shot, compared with his body... it totally looks like his head has been pasted onto that photo. But then, both before and after seem to have the same bodily definitions...
But it totally looks like that head was superimposed.
