Does anyone know anything good or bad about Gryphonwood Press? It looks rather new and small and I thought it might be good except that I saw this:

Completed books or series submit as normal. For active stories,
submissions must be in a publishable format, i.e. the book you want to submit must
have a clear beginning, middle and end whether it is part of a series or not. Even if we
pick up your story, we will not require you to take down your site.

I thought that most publishers didn't like it when you had content up on the web that they were trying to sell?

Could just be it means they give those stores more exposure. I'm not sure, but I don't like that they pay on net. I do like that they're keeping to one general genre though, and not bouncing all over the place.
