Hello all,
Just arrived in from the Internet and I figured I'd say hello. I'm a relatively unexperienced writer with no formal writing education but moderate ability and a decent amount of motivation.
I prefer to write fantasy, but will try my hand now and again at other genres, usually short stories or just simple scenes. My biggest obstacle is time. Between two young boys and a full time job, writing is often forced to take a back seat in my life. But like I said, the motivation is there and I figure that's as good a first step as any. I'm looking forward to picking up some tips and sharing a tale or two with the community.
