Agent queries

My agent did, with a few minor tweaks and additions.

I think it's very common for an agent to use at least part of the writer's query letter to pitch editors. But then there's more personalization to the editor's letter, based on what the editor is looking for at the moment, plus more room to 'review' the book ('This is so great I cried...'), whereas if the author wrote a review about his own book he'd look like a newbie.

My agent also adds any recent news about my other sales.
