Where do you see her last sale as Feb 2009? 1) Books pubbed in 2009 are sold up to two years previous, 2) Neither of the books pubbed 2009 list her as the agent.

However, PM does show deals as recent as Nov '09 for the agency, so the business continues regardless of whether Ms. Nolan herself is still active.
