My instinct here is not to submit, but I figured I'd ask here. I didn't see a thread under Emerald or under her name.

her web site is:

http://www.myyogini.net/ela/debra.html

She's got several sales to legitimate publishers listed on her site, but the ones I looked up are a decade or more old. She also lists several iUniverse sales, which at the very least suggests she couldn't sell the books in question.

nothing on agentquery or most of the other sites. P&E notes that in 2008 a writer reported her email bouncing.

I also found a link suggesting she has her own line of clothing - it mentions her literary agency, so it's the same person:

http://debrarodman.com/2005/html/about_02.html

I almost hesitate to mention that the link to myspace on that page links to a Debra Rodman who is 25 years old :)

I'm not finding any sign she's an active agent. I certainly hope she's no longer Steven Wise's agent, since his most recent books came out with AuthorHouse and PA.

Thanks, CaoPaux. From royalty-paying houses to IUniverse to PA is definitely NOT a career trajectory I think most agents would want.
