LONG CHOSE OLDER TURNCOATS TIN SHONE / BAD GROUSEMEAT
- song / band
- very, very similar to previous scramble (not sure which is patterned after the other)
- this band was Irish, though
- and the subjects considered in the title are more teenage-focused
- the theme still applies
- theme applies in one of the two items, as above, but more specific
- this song was released two years after the album in the previous scramble
- band's name starts with the same letter as Ireland's biggest-selling rock band ;)

No worries, mate. This one's my shout!

- words 1, 2, 3, and 5 of the title are identical to the previous scramble

Alrighty, lemme try one here ...

Clearheaded Died Links Toils/Mount
- Song/band
- Came back big in mid 1990s film
- Guitar centric band; lead plays a left-handed Fender
- Act started in the early 1960s
- You might catch a wave while listening ...
- The band's sound could be called "surf music"
- The guitarist's first name is Richard, but he goes by something else
- John Travolta made his 'comeback' via the aforementioned film

Just checking, J - do the words in the solution actually come out to those lengths? You've done a fine job of scrambling and making words out of it!

Okay, we'll have a point of clarification here... The scramble should be delivered in the same word format as the solution.

For example, the answer here is

Misirlou / Dick Dale and the Del-Tones

So, the scramble ought to appear as, say...

clearhea / dedd iedl ink sto ils-mount

(I had that pointed out to me after my first entry here as well. :) )

ANIMAL NEST PITS SILVER / REKLINE
- song / band
- also guitar-centric
- and also with a left-handed lead guitar (I hadn't realised!)
- very big in the early 90's

HEEL SEES / TEA BREAK / BIG GOLFER
- another body-of-water theme
- song / artist / band who provided backup vocals
- song was a hit single in 1980 for this salt-of-the-earth middle American singer
