I haven't been there for about a week, or so. Today, when I went, I kept getting "Connection refused" in FireFox, and that MSN page for an invalid URL.
For those not familiar, it's a webzine. I also submitted a story to them several months back, and never did get even an acknowledgement of reciept, let alone a yay, or nay about acceptance.
If the webzine is defunct, what do I do about my submission? Am I free to just gleefully try elsewhere? Or do I have a bunch of BS to go through to get it back?
