G'day!

Well, I guess it's painfully obvious, isn't it? I'm a newb. Hi!
My name's Ellyn, I'm Australian (as you probably already guessed due to the cliche of "g'day", hm?) and 15. Homeschooled, go to a local Writer's Group- I'm the only person under 40 ^^- and writing is my life! ^_^
Well, that and web design. Between the two I'm kept pretty busy. ^_^
I write short stories for the most part, though I also dabble in poetry (usually the sad sort that doesn't rhyme) and I've also been working on... a bigger piece. I'm somewhat reluctant to call it anything else due to the connotations of saying you're writing "a Novel".
For one thing, people automatically ask what it's about. *sigh* And then they ask if it's any good. The two scariest questions I've ever experienced.*shiver*

Anyway, I've taken up a lot of space for just an introduction. Better get off your backs and go huddle in my corner again.

Except, of course, when used in a sentence like "if you don't get published", or "if you die tomorrow", as opposed to it's more definite cousin. In which case, I love that word. ^^
