When you've submitted and been rejected by one agent in a large agency, is one month wait too soon to requery a different agent in the same agency?

Thanks.

I've submitted same day. As long as they don't indicate a rejection by one is a rejection by all, no need to wait.

Thanks, Erin. I'll double check to be sure it's not one for all!

Since a lot of agencies use the same front person to screen queries, you might wait a little longer. I've heard agents say anywhere from one to six months, depending on the agency. If they have blogs, you can search and see if they've ever posted about the topic.
