Ross Yoon Agency (formerly Gail Ross Literary Agency)

Has anyone had any experience with Gail Ross Agency?
    Her link: http://www.gailross.com/submission.htm
Her site shows a number of books: http://www.gailross.com/project_memoirs.htm
Here's what I can dig up:
From P&E (http://www.anotherealm.com/prededitors/pealg.htm): $ AAR, no longer accepts fiction as of 2004
A search on amazon, reveals Ms.Ross as a writer: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss?ur...ords=gail+ross

Ms. Ross is a very nice person. She offered me advice as a lawyer after rejecting my proposal, and when I called her with questions, spent over an hour on the phone with me. Her advice was very helpful and she asked for nothing in return.

I submitted to them earlier in the month. They seem absolutely perfect for my serious nonfiction project. Not a peep from 'em yet. Fingers crossed.

    UPDATE:

It's now been a full month since the query. I'm surprised I've heard nothing, since they evidently respond within two weeks. I sent a gentle nudge the other day, but still nothing. Disconcerting.
