the "Reading Fee: Yes" should send up a red flag.

I'm not familiar with him personally, but bare in mind that he charges a reading fee, so it wouldn't be my first choice.

No info on the net, a warning but not a big flag. Has a publishing branch to his business, BIG red flag. Allegedly charges a reading fee. He may say that's a misprint, but unless he's doing anything to correct it it's kind of hard to take his word for it. Besides, there have been a few agents who give the reading fee a different name to somehow justify it. The publishing thing is enough to turn me off though, I'd definitely look elsewhere. An agent who is both agent and publisher will do you no favours.
