Bearded aquaman is awesome. Beards add awesome powers of Awesomeitude, cf. Jesus, ZZ Top, Marx. I'd distinctly not refer to Superfriends Aquaman as awesome, though.

If Putin grew a beard the Earth would explode from the awesome pressure.
