Oh nvm, it seems that they are not taking any new fiction writers at the moment according to their site.

They seem to sell an awful lot to Pen and Sword - a smaller non-fiction publisher who don't require an agent for submissions

They're selling to larger publishers now, but a cursory glance doesn't see any which require an agent.
