    The Rhyme Game

I just thought of a game that might be fun, I hope anyway. I'll start a word, then each poster makes a rhyme from it. When there are no more rhymes to make, the next poster makes up their own word, and each one rhymes that word, etc.

    Let's try head

    Bill lost his head
    And now he's dead.

    That is, I said,
    The point of this thread.

    eh?

Can't wait till someone proposes "orange"

But not me. How about "tassle."

Tassle seems not worth the hassle.

That's cool, guys, but I didn't mean you had to write a poem, just rhyme head say with bed, and the next person posts led, like that. And when the rhymes for that word runs out, the next poster puts up another word and we all rhyme with that word. hope that's clearer.

The cure for boredom is curiosity. There is no cure for curiosity. - Dorothy Parker

Boredom is just the reverse side of fascination: both depend on being outside rather than inside a situation, and one leads to the other. - Arthur Schopenhauer

I fell asleep reading a dull book and dreamed I kept on reading, so I awoke from sheer boredom. - Heinrich Heine

It is only a step from boredom to disillusionment, which leads naturally to self-pity, which in turn ends in chaos. - Manly Hall
