Query letter formatting - websites?

Nope, feel free. Just be aware that they probably won't go look at it. And if they do make sure that your website and blog are professional. If your website is all about personal stuff for example, then it's not appropriate. But if it's about you as a writer, then it is.

Go through and make sure that it's absolutely clean. No nasty comments, no negativity, nothing that you could possibly regret releasing in the future.

Then when you get done with that, really look at it. Blogs have become one of the best way for job applicants to shoot themselves in both feet.
