Hello,
I was hired by Diana Bocco to write reviews for a diet site. I was sent a contract and we agreed to terms.

I finished the articles and submitted them and was never paid for the work. Two months have passed since the date I was suppose to be paid and for a while she would respond to emails saying she would pay when she had the time but now she never responds and it has been a few weeks.

As she never paid me for the articles I published all of them on one of my websites and copyscaped them. I found that she had sold them and they were up on another website. I am in the process now of contacting that site to take down the articles as they do not have my permission to publish them unless they want to pay me for them.

As this lady has posted work on this forum, this site is where I found her I thought i should mention it. Avoid working with Diana Bocco as she will not pay you but take your work. Her website is:

Well I have PM'ed you many times... you have provided no more details.

Please note, YOU hired a contractor to do work. You signed a contract saying in 10 days after reciept you would pay. I did not have a contract with the person you are having legal battles with. My contract is with YOU. Regardless if you are being stiff for a job, you have a contract to pay me. There is no clause in there saying upon payment by someone you will pay me. It reads when 10 days after delivery you will pay. It has been close to 2 months. Take responsibility and pay up.
