Hope Artist Arrested

Not to derail this thread, but I was reading a few days ago about THIS development back on February 4 concerning that exact same artist.

The Feb 4 news item is a quiet, polite, white collar disagreement wherein an amicable compromise was being aimed for between the two parties.

And now THIS! Tagging??? The man is a "street artist" but vandalism is another thing entirely.
