Your eyes do not deceive you! A new QotW!!!
Okay, so we're starting to average more like a question of the month, but let's not quibble, shall we?
February is almost upon us, meaning it's time here in the states for Groundhog Day. What is Groundhog Day, some of you are asking? Well, it's a very funny movie with Bill Murray, and if you watch it the movie will pretty much explain everything. And do not that aside from the time distortion aspect of the central plot, the rest of the movie as it concerns the town and the festivities is actually true to life.
But why should groundhogs get all the prognostication fun? I say we should get other animals involved. Hence, your question of the week:
If a groundhog can predict six more weeks of winter*, what else might other animals be able to predict?
Be as fanciful as you wish, and if you've actually got something in your culture that applies, have at it.
I am proposing the Morning Cat: predicts how long you're going to be able to sleep in, or how early before your alarm you're going to get up, depending.
Oh, who am I kidding? As a lifelong cat owner, it's always earlier.
*Please note it's ALWAYS six more weeks of winter, regardless. Least around here.
