Look at the wording in the proposed bailout legislation:
Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency.
If you do not want the $700 bilion to be a blank check with no oversight, contact your House & Senate representatives and tell them to put a few checks into the bailout package.
It's our money, folks. Should its use not even be subject to review?
