P&E says "Charges fee. Not recommended."

Searching with her name and 'client' or 'sales' brings up nothing.
She appears to have posted a blog comment here which reads rather oddly, a bit ESL to my eye.

I first began hearing about her in 2003. From that time to this, I'm not aware of any sales.

stories about sending work without signing releases without seeking
credentials from contacts when you're looking for representation.

And for my next trick, I'm going to pull off a publishing contract with Trident Media....

I'm new on here and I'm just feeling my way around. Normally if I jump onto a BBS, I creep around for a while before I get active, but I had to put the word out...

If you're submitting fiction, releases shouldn't be involved. Credentials should.

Charges fees, no evidence of sales, and she gets snappish when asked for credentials. Seems clear to me.
