Hey all! I found this goodie today:
Submission Guidelines:
Please submit only the first chapter of your completed novel, the word count of the completed novel, the number of chapters, a synopsis and what genre it is. Include your bio for the readers and editors. For those who want to be considered only for publication in First Chapter, there will be a $30 reading fee that will not include feedback or editorial suggestions; however, we will let you know if your first chapter will be published in our magazine or not. For those who want feedback and editorial suggestions, there will be a $45 reading fee, and the consideration for publication in First Chapter. If the editorial staff believes that you have a novel ready for publication, we will publish your first chapter in an issue of First Chapter.

Why oh why do people pay reading fees so that they might get published?
Will it ever end? :faint:
