Romantic Horror

Barbara Michaels, specifically Here I Stay, Ammie Come Home, The Crying Child, The Dark on the Other Side, Be Buried In the Rain, and Walker In The Shadows.

I didn't even know the genre existed until recently. I'm not a reader per se, but one or two of the books I have read have been classified as, "paranormal romance."

If that's what you're looking for, there are plenty of sites that point you in the right direction.

If you're more into the Horror than the Romance (which is where I am coming from - as I read a lot of urban fantasy):
