I joined a while back and didn't stick around for one reason or another. I guess it's because I know no-one here really and it's quite... busy, compared to where I normally lurk.
Anyway, I intend to stick around now and thought another introduction might be ideal.
My name's David (couldn't work that out from my username, I bet? ). I'm from Manchester in the UK.
I'm trying to make a go of being a freelance editor. But I want to make it clear that I won't be plying my services here as one for quite some time, as you folks don't know me and I have no website/credentials to speak of other than one published book on Kindle that I edited. Plus I'm not sure what the rules are here yet.
Now that that's out of the way... I write pretty much anything. Can't say I'll be showing much writing though, if at all.
Critique wise, expect most critiques I give out to be technically focused, as that's my strength. Plus I believe the content is personal to the author anyway.
So, I look forward to getting to know some of you, if it's even possible given the forum's activity , and helping others out.
Edit: And yep, to save mods mentioning it, I'll check the rules/faqs out and I know about the 50 post thing.
