We had homemade corned beef and cabbage at work yesterday. Irish thing.
I hate being "short" an ingredient.
My bread frozen bread is stale when I defrost it - but it's fine for some sort of grilled cheese or tuna melt... but no butter.
Same with my tortillas... I'm not so hot at cooking stuff with them without butter. I guess I'll get creative. I wish I had some sort of sauce to bake a casserole with.
