Hi everyone,
Firstly, thanks Mac for sorting out my issues! Secondly, lets talk about me! Hahaha!

Ok, I'm from Sydney, Australia. I have 6 kiddies trampling through my back yard and a partner some where. Perhaps he fell in the washing pile and drowned..?

Never mind, I'll do it later. For now I will tell you that I'm new to the forums, and new to writing in a sense. I used to write a lot. Then stopped... Now a dream I had a long time ago is coming due and I am committed to seeing it through to the end. Basically, I've been wanting to write a novel since I was about 12. I read 'Flowers in the Attic' by Virginia Andrews. Though I had nothing in common with the story, the fankness and utterly shocking plot touched me greatly. Since then I have wanted to write a story that one day, someone would hold in their hands and they could feel what I felt the day I finished reading that book.

If tht happens I couldn't be happier. But if it doesn't then I TRIED! The trying is important to me.

So that's me in a nutshell. Im here to learn and to discuss and hopefully to evolve. My 12y son already likes my stories and my mum is fond of them too. I gave her a sample of the first draft of the first chapter and she asked for the rest within an hour... "Rest? What REST? That bit took me a whole week to write and I haven't even edited it yet!"

I'll get around to it eventually,
