this is an old thread, but I just checked out Transit Lounge.
The book covers seem nice and are appropriate for the book, nothing on the site screamed POD or Vanity. They are not accepting new submissions right now, so it probably doesn't matter, but I did a little more digging.
I looked up their books on Amazon, the paperback price is kind of pricey, IMO. That said, the types of books I buy are generally $20 and under based on the genre. So I don't know. I looked at one of their books and compared it to John Grisham's "the Guardians", which was a similar theme. Grisham's book was over 300 pages which was longer than the book from this publisher I compared it to, and both Grisham's hardcover and paperback editions was less expensive. I wonder if the higher price is why none of the books I looked up have any reviews.
Again, they're not accepting new submissions right now, but it is food for thought for the future.
