I'm not a syllable counter. I mean I know how and cheerfully conform in the "chain chain" thread as it was specified.

It just hasn't been my style. I read The Haiku Anthology a few years ago. The exposure to shorter haiku (and two and one liners) changed my approach.

I hope 17 or less is OK in your thread...Haibun? Tanka? Would this be the place for all things haiku related?
