Isn't it curious that the U.S deficit isn't multipling expotentially with a war that costs this country about 90 billion every three months to finance. Dubya isn't only the president folks, he's also a magician. Thru his tax cuts for the wealthiest he has managed to produce enough revenue to fund the war, amazing - slight of hand that is- A little google research and guess what you can find? The biggest benefactor of the surge in gas prices hasn't been the oil companies, nope, it's the United States Treasury that is getting rich (or would be if it weren't for the war) with the increase in gas prices. I won't give you all the figures from the big 5 but suffice to say their profits combined have added an extra 200 billion in tax revenue to the U.S. last year alone. Remember they have to pay 40% back to Unc Sam.
Kind of strange that gas was $1.25 before we declared war. Kind of strange that Bush and his kind are all oil guys. Kind of strange that oil is off the map now price wise when the world consumption including china's is the same as before the war yet production is actually up. Kind of strange that Alan Greenspan just stated that he believes the war was started because of oil. Kind of makes you wonder what back room deals were struck. NAW our elected leaders would never do that....
Now guess who's been paying this illegal gas tax, oh yeah, I guess we all know.
