Partner?

I guess from what I have been reading on this site, you can have a partner type from three diff categories. Personally, I would like to try a true partner, where someone can cover my weakness and me theirs. I'm good with characters, storylines, but horrible with fleshing out parts that may be important to a reader but not priority to me. I have a tendancy to dazzle one moment and just provide a terrible glimpse the next. So inconsistent in some cases. I need a person who can pick up those make them their strengths and be willing to work 50/50. Which would include everything. I am big on fairness. I'm probably a bit on the dorky side as well. lol.
