Patricia C. Wrede Enchanted Forest Chronicles

I hope this is the place to put this question--does anyone know any books similar in tone to Wrede's The Enchanted Forest Chronicles (Dealing with Dragons, Talking to Dragons, etc)? My friend can't think of any like hers--I'm looking for the way the myths are redone, like how Cimorene volunteers to be a dragon's princess even though it's "just not done", etc. Thanks :)

It's not the same style, but Elizabeth Scarborough's "The Unicorn Creed" (or something like that title). The heroine is a house-wifely witch. Forgot to add, Amazon.com might give you similar books in their suggestions if you type in Wrede.

Usually it just gives me fantasy books in general, but it's been awhile since I checked. I'll definitely look for the Unicorn Creed though, thanks :)
