News story from a community near me:
An elementary student found a suspected pipe bomb near his home, and
told his father. So the GENIUS father put the pipe bomb in the back of
his truck and took it to the local school.
So, the school called in all the buses and dismissed all the children.
(Would have been faster, no, to drive the truck that still contained
the pipe bomb AWAY from the children, school and town, out into an open
field?)
Once all the children were gone, the bomb squad came, all duded up, and
took the alleged bomb out to a baseball field, and blew it up with a
real bomb. We will find out sometime soon if it was a real bomb or not.
<sigh>
Stupidity abounds.
Seriously, what kind of MORON in this day and age, picks up a pipe
bomb and thinks, "Hey, let me drive this to the SCHOOL! Yeah, that's a
good plan." :Shrug:
If nothing else, perhaps he should be charged with being criminally stupid?
