What sort of cover art do you think is best for erotica. I am, told photos and poser sell well but personally I like traditional painted or drawn illustrations.

I'm a traditional gal-- when it comes to cover art. I think that well done, traditional cover art has a far better chance of selling books than the raunchy (read: often cheesy) computer-made images.

I love illustrations -- well done, erotic, sexy... I find good illustrations very arousing.

Paintings, drawings, and sometimes, a photo. Poser imagery on the cover of any book, other than one on how to use the software, is so bad, that if I did pick up the book, I would return it to the shelf immediately.

Do you think it is any different for e-books.

Even for e-books... I generally dislike computer generated (especially if low quality/resolution) images. I'd prefer hand-drawn illustrations, or high-quality computer illustrations.
