After a rough patch yesterday, today has been peaceful and calm. The best thing was receiving a box of books from my friend in NYC. As usual it is quite a varied selection. Only one book about writing this time, many paperback mysteries, some recent novels, a couple of interesting non-fics, and a few YA books for good measure. Go ahead and click my link below. Just finished posting to my blog for the second day in a row! The creative juices are flowing for some reason. Not complaining though.

Anyway check it out:

"Presidential Primer #1 - Who Can Be POTUS?" First in a series of non-political, non-partisan postings on the American Presidency, the office, the men, and the interesting facts. I am hoping to make this into a feature article for publication eventually. One can only hope.

This is one of my fascinations. Because I am Canadian I am giving a neutral perspective. The facts only folks. Some of them might really surprise you, truth is stranger than fiction believe me.

:tongue I prefer to say that I'm emulating Jessi rather than being a copycat, but my blog's gone pink too. As a survivor of female cancer, it is very personal to me. Go see how I've redecorated! :Jump:

I didn't think about others doing that. *S* I added the pink ribbon with a link to the Susan G. Komen foundation on both Creatif and Confessions of a Fat Chick. It's in the right sidebar.

While I'm here, and since I've mentioned both blogs, I updated Creatif (http://jensorganizedwriter.wordpress.com/2007/10/05/one-down-one-to-go/) this morning and CFC yesterday (http://fatchickconfessions.wordpress.com/2007/10/04/implants/).
