This is about one of my new WIPs.
Interestingly, my publisher and I have been thinking the same thing: Current book needs a new title. I came up with the blog subject line first and she liked it for the series title, which is what she wants to make this, but we're also still trying to come up with a title for the first book. "Real Ghost Towns" is nice but not all that exciting. And since it's now going to be a series, that title is a little moot.

My sister and I decided to share a blog, since both of us would like to build up our writing skills. My problem is that our blog is...well....blah. I talk about writing a lot, since I am a bit preoccupied with it at the moment. Sis has always been capricious, so together we don't have a whole lot of continuity going on. I don't expect to develop a huge underground cult following (unless ya'll really want too, then go right ahead), but I would like to find the literary equivalent to "jazz hands" every once in a while. My husband's suggestion was to add more boobs. *sigh* Anyone else have a suggestion?

Three times I tried to explain it to my child. Three times, she didn't comprehend it. She is 7 years old and I think she can basically "get" why a Bible is important (at least to some people). I think the more time I talk with her about it, answer her questions and spend time with her going through it, she'll understand what a Bible is.

On Bites I posted my last re-post of a review, ironically The Last Battle, the final book in The Chronicles of Narnia by CS Lewis. I swear it just ended up that way. Pure coincidence. Which is more than I can say for poor Susan, her and her blasphemous lipstick.

He remembered saying the phrase very loud, then her screaming and the amount of alcohol he’d consumed in the hours before Larry smashed her self-esteem into pulp forever.
