And if you spread them out equally across a calendar year, 30 of us have a birthday every single day of the year.

To have a birthday thread for one or two them each day is to NOT have a birthday thread for the other 28, or, in other words, to show favoritism to one member over another.

AW's rules clearly state you shouldn't post a message directed at a single member, but instead send them PMs.

I submit that this applies to birthday wishes as well.

Thank you.

A well-reasoned argument.

Which will be promptly ignored.

I'm sorry dclary, but I don't read complaints from men with larger breasts than me.

The majority of your posts are about yourself so I don't see why the rule shouldn't apply here also. Send yourself a PM and free up some cyber space for everyone else.

And yet they are directed to the AW community as per the rules and regulations, sir.

I haven't quite mastered that one yet. How to talk about oneself and give others the impression they are participating. Rob must have done a thesis about this, it's the basis of all politics right?

The number of members that have posted more than once is closer to 1000 and the number who are active enough for people to know their names is smaller than that.

I never trust any poster with more than 1000 posts.

I see some self-doubt on the horizon. Or if you think I referred to people who posted mor ethan 1000 times, try reading it again.

In fact my post count hasn't gone up in months. It's been 874 for about six months. Seriously.

Okay, so I understand the new rule. I just posted elsewhere and lo and behold I have 875. Good to know. I still don't trust people with more than 1000 posts and now I know how to regulate my post count so I never go over 1000. Never, you hear me. Bwaaahaaaa.

Os. (it's been a long day life)

Yes. For reasons only understandable by those with supermod powers, we are no longer allowed to get post counts for posts in TIO or OP, because, apparently, the AW computer can't count that high.

I might point out that one of the last few birthday threads was started by Jenna. So I guess it's ok.

Newbies make posts about themselves; and if they say something negative about themselves, it's a doubt violation.

They should be banned.

Could somebody please hold him down while I slap him about the face and chest?

Woah! I really needed just one volunteer...

But then you have to hold him down while I pummel him with my size 10 New Balance walking shoe.

Okay, I'm confused here. You have to be respectful of your fellow members and not call them nasty names...but you can beat the s**t out of them?:e2fight:

God Bless Captain Veretzer!

Only 5 more hours until I officially leave the helm of AW! This could be my last great act...

Slapping isn't nearly dramatic enough, I suspect. Maybe I need to short-sheet his bed and put shaving cream on his hands when he sleeps and stuff...

Ok, now we are headed into turn-on territory. Should we take this to the HOL? :D

Please... pleeeeeeeease. Pretty please. With chocolate on top and all your favorite goodies. For the love of all you hold dear...

Give me the power.

For only a moment.

I will - I swear by all *I* hold dear - I WILL use it wisely.

Yes. Yes, I will.

And there's not a jury of my peers here on AW who'll convict either one of us.
