Saw this when I was checking my email and I thought it was an amazing story.

I freely admit I have a soft spot for stories like this one. It also makes me curious about other animal stories. Are there any other interesting stories you guys have read/seen/researched recently?

That's a cool story about the Dolphin!

I've been following the search for the ivory-billed woodpecker in Florida.

The bird was last sighted in 1944 and thought to be extinct. In 2004, a video was taken of the bird, but the quality of the video made it inconclusive. This year, a research team searching for the bird in Florida sighted and heard the bird, but they still don't have a clear picture as proof. I think they'll get the evidence soon.
