Hello everyone.
Just to introduce myself- I'm retired, I have been writing for 35 years with a fair success in children's writing. My first hardback children's novel is out this month. It is called, Patrick's Gift and deals with a boy who is being bullied at school. My anthology of short Modern Irish stories is out and e-booked at www.virtualtales.com. I am at present looking for an an agent. I have had one but she n ow only represents non-fiction writers. I also write stage plays and screenplays. Nice to meet you all.

Hi Jack ! And welcome. Northern Ireland? Cool :) Congratulations on the childrens book writing success - there's a whole crowd here who write children's fare. And a whole crowd here who act pretty much like children.

You'll love it here :D

Hi Jack! :welcome:

My Dad's from NI (Enniskillen), so I'm half Northern Irish.

Come in and have a look around the site, I'm sure you'll find lots to interest you.

Welcome Jack and have at it! My favorite modern Irish writer is Michael Mullen. Do you know of him?
