Hello everyone!
I've been lurking the forums for a while since I decided to try and turn my lifelong love into a living. In the few months here I have learned TONS of tips and tricks that I hadn't dreamed I would need to know about the business of writing and the act of writing itself. In the future I hope to be an active part of the forums and give back whatever I can.
I'll be mustering up the courage to start posting to the Show Your Work forums very soon, it not only looks like fun but will be a great way for me to hone in on what I need to work on.
I also wanted to give a quick thank you to Jenna and the other mods who run the forums -- I sold some of my writing for the first time through a post in the paying markets forums. You all helped to jump start my confidence in my writing and I'm quite thankful for it!
