Markets for my WIP?

My current WIP was inspired by the hilarious "How to Write a Best-Selling Fantasy Novel"

Like its inspiration, the article will be very funny, so I thought I'd post my question here. I'm of course going to be looking for markets on my own, but I thought that since many here are published authors I'd like to know if you can give me any good, paying markets that I can query about this. Thanks :-).

Need just a tad more information about what you are marketing.

Is it writing related humor? Or is it something else (How to repair VCRs) with a similar slant to the example you gave?
