Hello all!
I have recently started a new political blog, loosely based around Canadian current events but also touching on international relations, globalization and other subjects that will have a profound change (or lack thereof) on our daily lives.
I would like to find people with strong opinions and the ability to back them up. There's a handful of ideas in the hat already, some of which I'll list here, but if you have another topic you'd like to discuss, I'm open to hearing it.
Here are some of my ideas:
SOPA/copyright law/ ACTA (for/against)
Has the UN become irrelevant?
Is the War on Drugs still worth it?
Any issue facing Canada in the medium to long-term
What's the post-boomer future look like?
Was OWS a waste of time?
Again, I'm open to ideas!
